    Could you be suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome?
    How your relationship with your screens may be causing you harm.

    With so much digital content shared at a very high pace, we are spending more time on our laptops, televisions & mobile phones. Unfortunately, while enjoying content, we may experience symptoms such as frequent headaches, blurred vision, or tired & dry eyes. These symptoms could indicate a condition affecting half of the computer users today: Computer Vision Syndrome.

    Your eyes are always working hard. However, if constantly exposed to digital screens which have unique & visually demanding features, your eyes are susceptible to developing vision-related symptoms. You can avert this by adopting healthy eye habits and making minor adjustments to your workstation.

    Symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome are commonly temporary but, if uncorrected, may affect your daily activities and work performance. Putting in a few easy solutions may just save you from such aches and pains!

    Now that you’ve learned a few tips from our infographic, you can practice some of these healthy eye habits. First, take a 20-second rest away from your screen. Then, look for changes you can make in your workstation or home to prevent digital eye strain.
